عام طور 20- 80 يا ’ اهم ۽ سگهاري ٿورائي‘ (law of the vital few) جي قاعدي سان سڃاپجندڙ هن اصول/ قاعدي موجب عام زندگيءَ جي اڪثر معاملن ۾ هڪ محدود ٿورائي (20 سيڪڙو) تمام وڏي گهڻائيءَ (80 سيڪڙو) تي اثرانداز ٿيڻ سان گڏ بنيادي فيصلا ڪري ٿي ۽ سهولتون حاصل ڪري ٿي. هي اصول آمريڪا جي ڪاروباري ماهر Joseph Moses Juran(1904- 2008ع) ڳولي ڪڍيو ۽ ان کي اٽليءَ جي نامياري معاشي ماهر’ولفريدو پاريتو‘ جي نالي پٺيان منسوب ڪيو، جنهن 1906ع ۾ انگن اکرن سان ثابت ڪيو ته اٽليءَ جي 80 سيڪڙو زرعي زمين 20 سيڪڙو زميندارن جي قبضي هيٺ هئي. ان مشاهدي جي بنياد تي اڳتي هلي آباديءَ ۾ ملڪيت جي ورڇ جا اهم معيار طئي ڪيا ويا. اهو ساڳيو قاعدو ڪاروبار ۾ به انتهائي بنيادي حيثيت رکي ٿو، جنهن موجب 80 سيڪڙو شيون 20 سيڪڙوگراهڪ خريد ڪن ٿا، ساڳي طرح 80 سيڪڙوشڪايتون 20 سيڪڙوگراهڪ ڪن ٿا.
